Step 1: Complete the District’s ONLINE Registration
Please have the following documents ready to upload BEFORE beginning the application process (*click for example of acceptable documents)
• Birth Certificate • Proof of Residency* • Immunization Records* • Custody Paperwork (if applicable) • IEP (if applicable)
Step 2: After Receiving an Approval Email, Complete These Forms:

Online Options
Please contact your counselor for questions about the online options offered through Alpine School District. We have a few different options and would love to help you find one that best fits your circumstances.
School to School Form
Are you planning to play on a Skyridge sports team that has a conditioning class? If so, you will need to complete a school-to-school form at the Skyridge counseling office. This will allow us to put in the appropriate release period in your schedule and ensure you get credit for attending!
